Job summary

Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging, is seeking a Slitter Operator for the Metallizing Plant in Villa Rica, GA. The role reports to the Digital Plant Supervisor and offers a Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm schedule with overtime, nights and weekends as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read a tape measure, willingness to multitask, strong communication, safety-minded approach, and the ability to obtain a forklift license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Self-directed with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong verbal and written communication; safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Operate the slitting machine to support safe, efficient, high-quality production.
• Meet safety, quality, waste, and production targets.
• Coordinate with other departments and report shift information.
• Perform daily housekeeping and maintain organized work area.
• Learn and perform other roles within Metallizing and Digital Plant as needed.
