Dreamwear Inc. in New York, NY invites an Associate Intimate Apparel Designer to join our on-site design team. This full-time role supports the creative development and launch of Cosabella Sleepwear, shaping the brand’s aesthetic from the ground up.

You will work with senior designers on trends, colors, and prints, manage production packages, fittings, and market-week prep, with opportunities to grow within a global wholesale brand.

Qualifications

• Fashion design background with focus on sleepwear is preferred.
• 2–3 years of fashion experience, at least 1 year in sleepwear.
• Experience with off-price/club retailers is a plus.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
• AI exploration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and assist designers with seasonal colors, prints, and silhouettes.
• Attend design meetings, proto reviews, and line reviews.
• Prepare product presentations and market-week materials.
• Manage production packages with color, trim specs, and artwork.
• Project manage production timelines and color standards.
• Ensure accuracy of sample and development packages before factories.
• Coordinate with overseas factories on production.
