Job summary

Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL seeks a Sleep (Polysomnography) Technologist I to perform polysomnograms, CPAP titration, and MSLTs. The role requires 0–1 year experience in a teaching hospital setting, with education of High School Diploma and ASTEP certification.

Travel to other locations is required, with a schedule 8am–8:30pm and 36 hours/week. The successful candidate will annotate recordings, log patient data, educate patients, and participate in ongoing education to stay current with

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• License/Certification: ASTEP completion.
• Experience: 0–1 year as polysomnographic technologist.

Responsibilities

• Performs polysomnograms.
• Performs CPAP titration adjusting levels as needed.
• Performs MSLTs (Multiple Sleep Latency Testing).
• Scores studies per AASM guidelines and center protocols.
• Annotates recordings thoroughly; logs patient data and transfers data to network.
• Fills out patient history, tech report, billing and consent forms.
• Educates patients about polysomnography, CPAP titration and MSLT.
