Job summary

Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL is seeking a Sleep (Polysomnography) Technologist I to perform polysomnograms and CPAP titration under AASM guidelines, with emphasis on accurate data collection and patient care.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; accredited Neurophysiology program desirable.
  • ASTEP certification or completion of ASTEP education program preferred.
  • 0–1 year experience as polysomnographic technologist in teaching hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Performs polysomnograms and CPAP titration per guidelines.
  • Performs MSLTs and scores studies according to AASM and center protocols.
  • Annotates recordings thoroughly and maintains logs and data transfers.
  • Educates patients on Polysomnography and sleep testing procedures.
  • Participates in record reviews and ongoing education.
