Job summary

Neurocare, Inc. in Needham/Newton, MA invites applicants to join a six-week paid Sleep Technologist Training Program designed to train you from the ground up with classroom instruction and hands-on shadowing.

During the program you will also receive three weeks of overnight mentoring with experienced technologists. Upon successful completion, you will be offered a full-time Sleep Technologist position (3 nights/week) with pay progression from $23/hour to $28/hour after registration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working overnight shifts.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Complete the six-week paid Sleep Technologist Training Program (classroom + shadowing).
• Participate in three weeks of overnight mentoring with experienced technologists.
• After training, assume a full-time Sleep Technologist role (3 nights/week).
• Progress to registration as a Sleep Technologist (BRPT).

We’re now accepting applicants for our six-week paid training program, which includes:

• 2 weeks of classroom instruction and hands-on shadowing
• 3 weeks of overnight mentoring alongside experienced technologists

Upon successful completion, you'll be offered a full-time Sleep Technologist position (3 nights/week) at $23/hour, with a pay increase to $28/hour once registered.
