Job summary

Neurocare, Inc. is seeking Sleep Technologists for positions across Boston area locations including Boston, Newton, Milton, Needham, Brockton and Concord, MA, plus Derry, NH.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a growing sleep medicine organization. The Sleep Technologist will perform overnight polysomnographic studies, monitor patients, perform PAP titrations and ensure high-quality recordings.

Qualifications

• Overnight polysomnographic work experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Tufts Medical Center onboarding requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies.
• Obtain high-quality PSG recordings.
• Monitor two patients during overnight testing.
• Perform PAP titrations.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot sleep equipment.
• Provide patient care, education and reassurance.
• Document study events and observations.

What You'll Do:

As a Sleep Technologist, you'll work directly with patients while obtaining high-quality polysomnographic recordings used to diagnose and treat sleep disorders. Responsibilities include:

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies
• Obtain high-quality, artifact-free PSG recordings
• Monitor two patients during overnight testing
• Perform PAP titrations
• Calibrate and troubleshoot sleep equipment
• Provide excellent patient care, education and reassurance throughout the study
• Accurately document study events and observations
• Work collaboratively with our clinical and technical teams

What We're Looking For:

• HS Diploma or GED
  
• 1+ year of Sleep Technologist experience
• RPSGT or CPSGT preferred
  
• Current CPR certification
• Sleep study scoring experience is a plus
• Dependable, professional and patient-focused
• Comfortable working independently in an overnight environment
• Must be able to meet Tufts Medical Center onboarding requirements, including a hospital 10-panel drug screen that includes marijuana
