Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer service.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on proper use of the HST device.
• Upload data from device.
• Prepare devices for testing and document patient interactions in the medical record.
• Inventory and track HST devices and supplies.
• Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives.
