Tennova Healthcare- North Knoxville Medical Center is seeking a Sleep Technologist to administer sleep studies and score records under medical direction in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in sleep technology, proficiency with scoring physiological data, and strong patient communication skills. Hours are typically 8-hour shifts with no weekends or holidays, and standard daytime operation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sleep technology or a related field.
• Experience with sleep study equipment and data scoring.
• Excellent patient care, attention to detail, and communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sleep studies per protocol under Medical Director.
• Perform and document patient assessments during sleep studies.
• Score sleep records accurately and communicate findings to physicians.
• Collect and transmit biological specimens for analysis.
• Maintain and calibrate sleep study equipment.
• Educate patients about sleep studies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
