CHS Career Site is seeking a Sleep Technologist Registered for the North Knoxville area. This night-shift, PRN role involves performing sleep studies, scoring records, and ensuring patient safety under a physician's direction.

The position requires strong patient communication and meticulous data handling. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining equipment, and documenting results while adhering to regulatory standards.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in sleep technology or a related field required.
• Proficient in scoring sleep studies and interpreting physiological data.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct sleep studies per protocol under Medical Director guidance.
• Perform and document patient assessments before and during sleep studies.
• Score sleep records and communicate findings to physicians.
• Collect and transmit biological specimens for analysis as required.
• Document test results and patient data per policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and calibrate sleep study equipment; report malfunctions.
• Educate patients about sleep studies and procedures.
