Job summary

Advocate Health in Aurora Mequon, WI is seeking a Sleep Technologist to perform polysomnography and home sleep testing, educate patients and physicians, and ensure high-quality data acquisition for sleep studies.

The role requires advanced training beyond high school, BLS and sleep tech certifications, and a 0.6 FTE night schedule (Sunday and Monday nights). A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with a pay range of $30.15–$45.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond high school includes completion of an accredited or approved program.

Responsibilities

• Selects and applies monitoring electrodes and probes; educates patients and physicians on sleep testing.
• Scores sleep/wake stages and documents baseline values.
• Implements CPAP/BiPAP and oxygen therapy as needed.
• Performs home sleep tests and polysomnographic data acquisition with quality checks.
• Ensures data integrity and guides patients through questionnaires.
