Job summary

Highmark Health's Allegheny Health Network seeks a polysomnography technologist to perform polysomnographic exams and multiple sleep latency tests under licensed medical direction.

You will calibrate equipment, organize scheduling, assist with billing, and contribute to diagnostic evaluations for sleep disorders. CPR certification and sleep tech training are required. This on-site role supports patient care across sleep centers within the network.

Qualifications

• Sleep study testing experience preferred.
• CPR certification from American Heart Association.
• Act 34/Act 33/Act 73 background clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all polysomnograms and MSLTs according to clinical guidelines and policies.
• May score test results.
• Maintains calibration, quality control and analysis of polysomnographic equipment.
• Organizes and prioritizes workload and scheduling of patient testing.
• Assists with billing documentation and department records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
