Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Sales Consultant in Lexington, KY. You will use our bedMATCH diagnostic system to guide customers to the right mattress, leveraging a consultative selling approach while working a retail schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

You’ll engage customers with product knowledge and help finalize purchases with our POS tools. We value a high-energy, customer-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to lift and move bedding products as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Customer-focused, low-pressure sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Guide customers through product selection and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain showroom presentation and assist with loading purchases into customers' vehicles.
• Use tablets and POS tools to process transactions and provide excellent service.
