Mattress Warehouse is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Fairlawn, OH. You will engage customers to identify the right mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system and provide a helpful, low-pressure shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and helpful for serving customers.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, high-quality shopping experience for customers.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and handling showroom setup.
• Participate in training and maintain product knowledge across offerings.
