Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Alliance, OH. Join us to help customers select premium mattresses using bedMatch, deliver a low-pressure shopping experience, and provide exceptional service.

Qualificações

• Availability to work retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• 4–5 day work week typically 40–55 hours per week.
• Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattress purchases.
• Use of tablets, mobile POS, and the bedMatch system.
• Team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
