Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service in our Chambersburg store. You will use the bedMATCH system to guide customers to the right mattress and compete in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Willingness to work evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle store setup tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience and educate customers.
• Assist customers with loading their purchases and maintaining showroom floor.
