You will use our exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic system to guide customers to the right mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations. Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using our proven process and bedMatch system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience and meet sales targets.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles and help reset showroom floor.
