Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help customers find their perfect mattress using bedMATCH diagnostic system and our proven selling process. With over 520 store locations and decades of experience, we pride ourselves on friendly service and higher standards.

You will work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, lift up to 75 pounds, and use tablets and POS devices.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using our proven selling process and bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Assist customers to find the right products and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate POS system and tablets to process purchases and provide product information.
• Maintain showroom presentation and restock as needed, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Support a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
