Mattress Warehouse in Dayton, OH is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find their perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system, delivering a friendly, low-pressure shopping experience that educates and informs.

The role requires evenings, most holidays and all weekends, with a typical 4–5 day schedule totaling 40–55 hours per week. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds is expected, bilingual with English/Spanish a plus, and employees receive benefits and training.
