Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our team. With over 520 locations, we are USA family owned and operate nationwide. You will help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system, delivering a personalized and high-quality shopping experience.

Typical 4–5 day work week, 40–55 hours, evenings/holidays/weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package, and ongoing paid training to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience or strong customer service background.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Able to work a schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using our selling process and bedMatch system.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicle.
• Maintain showroom floor and demonstrate product features.
• Provide relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
