Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right mattress using bedMATCH and our proven selling process. You will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment and represent a growing national bedding retailer.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends (typical 4–5 day work week).
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using our proven selling process and bedMatch system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' lives through sleep solutions.
• Represent Mattress Warehouse with excellent customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
