Allina Health Sleep Clinical Service Line seeks a leader to oversee key programs, including A-STEP training, AASM accreditation, and quality assurance. The role partners with leadership to ensure safe, effective operations and ongoing regulatory compliance across sleep services.

The position emphasizes program leadership, education, and continuous improvement to support patients, providers, and staff in a high-quality sleep care environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree or polysomnography program completed.
• 5+ years as a Polysomnographic Technologist with proficiency in sleep studies and test scoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages the A-Step Program introductory course and training.
• Leads instructors providing didactic and practical instruction to students.
• Partners with Clinical Director to ensure program meets AASM accreditation standards.
• Maintains regulatory compliance (AASM, Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA, MDH, OSHA).
• Leads AASM Network reaccreditation.
• Plans for Quality and Performance Improvement; collects data for quarterly reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
