Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist to perform comprehensive polysomnographic testing, analysis, and related interventions under the direction of a physician. You will ensure accurate data collection, scoring, and reporting of sleep studies while providing patient education and maintaining safety throughout the diagnostic and therapeutic process.

Required is a high school diploma; graduates of an accredited polysomnography program are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Polysomnography program preferred.
• RPSGT licensure; BLS within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive polysomnographic testing, analysis and interventions under physician direction.
• Ensure accurate data collection, scoring and reporting of sleep studies.
• Provide patient education and maintain safety standards throughout diagnostic and therapeutic process.
