Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine.
• Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of Vermont.
• Must obtain and maintain a Federal DEA certificate in the State of Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and Management of patients with a full spectrum of sleep disorders.
• Interpretation of diagnostic/therapeutic sleep studies and follow up with patients as appropriate.
• Sleep consult management and other duties based on the needs of the service line.
