Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine.
• Must obtain and maintain a medical license in Vermont.
• Must obtain and maintain a Federal DEA certificate in Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and management of patients with a full spectrum of sleep disorders.
• Interpretation of diagnostic/therapeutic sleep studies and follow-up with patients.
• Sleep consult management and other duties based on service needs.
