Tower Health’s Reading Hospital in West Reading, PA, seeks a Nurse Practitioner to support the Sleep Center. The Advanced Practitioner will conduct health assessments and evaluations for adult sleep patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The NP will collaborate with physicians to develop diagnoses and treatment plans, perform interventions, and educate patients on care and wellness. This role emphasizes comprehensive exams and coordinated care within a reputable teaching hospital.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or related field.
• PA RN license and PA Nurse Practitioner license required.
• BLS certification.
• Certification or CE units specific to department area.

Responsabilités

• Assess health status and perform comprehensive physical exams.
• Identify risk factors and formulate clinical decisions to manage sleep-related illnesses.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
• Develop a diagnosis and collaborate on a treatment plan with a physician.
• Perform diagnostic or therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and actively participate in patient education plans.
