Job summary

BetterNight has over 30 years of experience in sleep medicine and supports patients and providers across the country. This field sales role focuses on landing and scaling large, long-term CPAP and sleep therapy accounts in Northern Florida, with an autonomous, hunter mindset and no quota caps.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, aggressive accelerators, and high earning potential, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and travel-related allowances.

Qualifications

• Proven sleep industry sellers with relationships and market knowledge.
• Experience selling to specialists and large physician groups.
• History of building business, not just maintaining accounts.
• Strong field presence and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers
• Own and develop your territory like a business
• Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities
• Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships
• Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory
• Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners
• Partner internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth
• Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events
