Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Sleep Lab Tech II to perform polysomnography and related sleep measurements, including overnight studies, within our Sleep Lab.

The ideal candidate will hold an RPSGT certification and have 1–3 years of related experience, with proficiency in Windows-based systems and MS Office. You will collaborate with researchers and physicians to monitor responses and ensure data quality across ambulatory devices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates full or cardiopulmonary recordings along with monitoring Oxygen Saturation.
• Partners with the research team and physicians to monitor and document physiological responses, titrate positive airway pressure, and recognize and treat residual sleep apnea in real time.
• Collects and finalizes data using various ambulatory sleep recording systems (e.g., oximetry, ambulatory blood pressure, M1 and actigraphy).
