Job summary

TCH Medical Center is seeking a Manager of the Sleep Lab to oversee clinical and research procedures, establish policies, maintain quality, and direct performance. The role ensures care developmentally appropriate for ages newborn through 21 years and drives growth of the Sleep Lab program.

Responsibilities include supervising technical staff, coordinating education, and collaborating with departments to meet accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• RPSGT certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists is required.
• Five years of technical experience, including two years in supervisory roles and general lab management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and continually monitors QA standards.
• Monitors employee performance per department guidelines.
• Manages daily operational activities and schedules.
• Supervises daily procedure scheduling and prioritizes add-on and inpatient requests.
• Monitors and orders supplies; ensures equipment is safe and functioning.
