Texas Children's Hospital is seeking an innovative and collaborative Sleep Center Manager to lead operations at our growing West Campus Sleep Lab in Houston, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the nation's largest pediatric healthcare organizations and play a key leadership role in expanding access to pediatric sleep services across our system.
The Sleep Center Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, operational performance, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and strategic growth of the Sleep Center. The successful candidate will partner closely with physician leaders, respiratory therapy, nursing, and ambulatory operations teams to support a high-performing, patient-centered sleep medicine program.
The West Campus Sleep Center is one of the largest pediatric sleep programs in the region and is currently undergoing strategic growth initiatives, including expansion toward full 7-day operations, enhanced patient access, and continued investment in sleep medicine services.
