Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring to create an outstanding in-store experience by helping customers sleep well. The role emphasizes strong customer relationships and product knowledge, with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match to reward performance.

You will drive sales, act as a subject matter expert, and support company initiatives while lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. This is a dynamic retail role focused on growth and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of pay range of $54,000-66,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
