Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts® to help customers find their dream mattress and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Earn uncapped commissions with a 401(k) match and enjoy a supportive team environment.

This role focuses on building relationships, delivering product knowledge, and driving sales while maintaining awareness of competitors and using social media to boost brand reach. Physical tasks include lifting 50+ pounds as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $68,000 to $83,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
