Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring a Sleep Expert to help customers find the right mattress and deliver an in-store experience focused on customer care and product knowledge. This role emphasizes building relationships and achieving sales goals.

Compensation:

Competitive pay range of $51,000 - $63,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
