Job summary

Mattress Firm in Flower Mound, TX is seeking energetic Sleep Experts to help customers find the perfect mattress and improve their sleep. You will create an in-store experience centered on the customer and build strong relationships through knowledgeable, friendly service.

This role offers uncapped commissions, a 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision plans, paid on-demand, and clear opportunities for career growth and advancement within a supportive retail team.

Qualifications

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. *Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
