Job summary

Mattress Firm in Feasterville-Trevose, PA is hiring Sleep Experts who put customers first and help people find the right mattress while building sales performance. Bilingual Russian preferred, you’ll deliver product knowledge, cultivate relationships, and drive KPIs in a fast-paced in-store environment.

• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $53,000 - $65,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
