Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to guide customers toward their ideal mattress and improve their sleep. You will be a trusted sleep authority, presenting top-quality products to meet individual needs.

In this role you’ll run selling programs, leverage digital tools, and support an omnichannel experience that keeps customers at the center. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential to drive satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject‑matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Stay aware of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $49,000–$59,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual-contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.

Other Information

Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
