Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the customer in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. You will execute selling programs and support a seamless omnichannel experience to place the customer at the center.

You will build relationships, provide product knowledge, drive sales KPIs, and maintain post-purchase contact while staying aware of competition and leveraging social media to increase brand presence.
