Job summary

Performance Home Medical is seeking a Sleep Equipment Specialist to join our on-site team in San Antonio. You will setup, operate, and troubleshoot CPAP/Bi-level devices, provide patient and caregiver education, and support clinicians during home visits.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the region are required. We offer comprehensive onboarding, training, and a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401(k), EAP, and 8 paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of prior customer service experience.
• Ability to follow protocols and document accurately.
• Familiarity with medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on CPAP/Bi-level devices.
• Inspect and test equipment function as needed.
• Provide timely follow-up for patients and caregivers.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and use a personal vehicle for home visits.
• Float between branches within the territory as needed.
• Role is primarily on-site with San Antonio area coverage.
