Job summary

Performance Home Medical is seeking a Sleep Equipment Specialist to join our on-site team at our Woodlands/College Station, TX locations. You will set up, test, and troubleshoot CPAP/Bi-level devices, educate patients, and coordinate care with caregivers and clinicians.

• Experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on service quality.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation and device setup.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on CPAP/Bi-level devices.
• Inspect and test equipment function to ensure safe operation.
• Provide timely follow-up and education to patients and caregivers.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
