Job summary

The Insomnia and Sleep Institute of Arizona seeks a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our sleep care team. You will manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy, educate patients, and perform device checks to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

You will document care for reimbursement, participate in remote monitoring, and support patients adjusting to PAP therapy. Arizona license or RPSGT certification required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Arizona license or RPSGT certification required.
• Prior experience with durable medical equipment (DME).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards and best practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CPAP, BiPAP, ASV and oxygen therapy equipment.
• Educate patients on device use and care.
• Conduct mask-fit, machine checks and PAP setup sessions.
• Submit accurate documentation for reimbursement.
• Perform compliance monitoring and follow-up, including remote patient monitoring and data reviews.
• Host RT clinic appointments to assist patients with PAP therapy adjustments.
• Maintain professional, respectful patient interactions and adhere to policies.
• Support ongoing professional development and team growth.
