The Insomnia and Sleep Institute of Arizona LLC is seeking a proactive Respiratory Therapist to join our sleep care team. You will manage CPAP/BiPAP and oxygen therapy, educate patients, and ensure accurate documentation for reimbursement.

Ideal candidates hold a current Arizona license or RPSGT, may have DME experience, and can communicate in English and Spanish. This full-time role offers patient-focused care and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Respiratory Therapy license in Arizona or eligible
• Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices

Responsabilités

• Operate CPAP, BiPAP, ASV and oxygen therapy equipment.
• Educate patients on proper equipment use and care.
• Perform mask-fit, machine checks and PAP setup sessions.
• Submit accurate documentation for timely reimbursement.
• Perform remote patient monitoring and charting; review CPAP download reports.
• Host RT clinic appointments to acclimate patients to PAP therapy.
• Maintain professional, respectful patient interactions and comply with policies.
• Support ongoing professional development and team growth.
