Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in IT, database management, or a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of Technolutions Slate: Portals, Deliver, Events, Workflows, Fields, Prompts, Queries, Reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to handle multiple demands and rapid change.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining, enhancing, and auditing Slate queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Create complex segmented queries, reports, and dashboards using Slate.
• Develop forms, portal templates, email templates and portals using CSS, JavaScript and Liquid.
• Develop processes to ensure proper QA of all forms and portals.
• Provide training and technical support to campus users of Slate.
• Create and manage dashboards to measure KPI for University Advancement and analytics for the division.
• Troubleshoot report-related issues and resolve them promptly.
• Stay current with Slate product enhancements.
