Qualifications

• Prior experience operating slag processing plants or crushers preferred.
• Ability to weld and perform maintenance on plant equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment to feed slag plant.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of plant and mobile equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Replace drive belts, jaw dies, and screen decks; maintain gear boxes and pulleys.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and safety equipment readiness.
• Manage startup and shutdown of plant and conveyors.
• Maintain yard/plant housekeeping.
• Monitor plant operation and emissions; adjust settings based on data.
• Assist with other projects as assigned.
