Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in industrial or construction environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid Driver's License present.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and environmental initiatives including training and compliance.
• Schedule equipment maintenance and repairs to maximize availability.
• Develop and schedule work for maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate teams to identify process improvements and document procedures.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and operations management.
• Assist Operations Manager with budgets and business plans.
• Review monthly maintenance costs and drive cost control.
• Monitor product specifications for commercial and state applications.
• Manage maintenance procedures and costs.
• Run KPI reports and analyze data for better decision making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
