Job summary

Seattle Stone is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage slab inventory, coordinate deliveries, and oversee daily warehouse operations in Seattle. You will lead a team to ensure timely task completion, safety compliance, and accurate stock control within a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Responsibilities include unloading containers, using AS400 or similar systems to track inventory, and collaborating with other departments to optimize processes. Forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Proficient in warehouse operations including inventory control and safety compliance.
• Experience with AS400 or similar inventory systems.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage slab inventory, deliveries, and slab handling.
• Unload containers and slab bundles from shipping containers.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the stone warehouse to meet timelines.
• Coordinate and prioritize work assignments to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement controls for accuracy.
• Operate forklift or other materials handling equipment as needed.
