• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align goals and schedules.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of slab materials to avoid delays.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA guidelines on site.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Set up forms, reinforcement, and pouring equipment for optimal results.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
