Job summary

Dorleco is seeking an energetic and organized Body Sealing Engineer to develop and evaluate static and dynamic sealing components and systems across the organization.

The role involves leading design efforts, managing performance, cost and manufacturability, and collaborating with internal and external teams and suppliers to meet project targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 5+ years of vehicle design experience related to static and dynamic sealing.
• Knowledge of design considerations for robust cabin sealing performance.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
