Experience with Skyward SMS and Skyward Qmlative preferred.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Google Admin Console.
Proficiency in SQL Server, DNS, and LDAP; data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze, develop, and write applications reporting based on staff needs and requirements.
Serve as one of the systems analysts supporting Skyward SMS and Skyward Qmlative.
Provide consultation, guidance, and problem resolution on Skyward modules and software applications.
Process data and perform required uploads for District implemented programs.
Manage user accounts, permissions, password resets, and group memberships in Active Directory.
Administer user accounts in the Google Admin Console.
Analyze user needs and revise programs to improve efficiency.
Maintain documentation for processes and ensure security standards.
