Skyline – Concierge (Part‑Time / On‑Call)

Location: Skyline at First Hill, 725 9th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104.

Skyline at First Hill is Seattle’s premier luxury retirement community located in the First Hill neighborhood. We are a team of dedicated and caring people with a strong desire to enrich the lives of older adults.

Pay: $21 – $23 per hour, DOE.

Shift: Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Assist with greeting residents, staff, visitors, and the public.
• Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front‑desk duties as assigned.
• Provides exceptional customer service to our team.
• Performs general administrative tasks such as taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.
• Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.
• Maintains office supplies; orders new inventory as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader.
• Current first‑aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of background check and drug screening; pre‑employment screenings may include physical, TB test and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
