Wage Range: $12-$16 (DOE) + tips

Kitchen work including washing dishes, restaurant setup, and food preparation.
Assist in kitchen tasks such as dishwashing, restaurant setup, and food prep. Work closely with chefs. Responsible for food handling, storage, rotation, processing, and presentation. Will learn fundamental line cooking and health code standards. Must work as part of a team. Age requirement: 14+
Organization, self-motivation, cleanliness
Basic reading, writing, communication, and math skills
Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required; training provided

Stand/walk for up to 8 hours, lift up to 25 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally, and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching. Work environment is mostly indoors with some outdoor exposure. Sensory skills required.
Familiarize with Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities, services, and activities. All kitchen staff share responsibilities to ensure quality service and food. Teamwork is essential in this environment.
