Position Type: Seasonal - Part Time and Full Time Positions
Wage Range: $14.00 hourly plus tips
Supervisory: NO Supervised By: Sky House FOH Manager
To provide the highest quality of service to guests in accordance with company policies and objectives, to strive toward guest satisfaction, positive employee relations, and profitability by performing the following duties. Delivers food from kitchen to Red Hawk cafe guests. Applicants need to be 15 years or older. Full Time employment preferred.
WORK ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN! Delivers food orders from kitchen to customers tables rapidly and accurately. Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. Communicate food orders, paying attention to special requests. Assist the cashiers by retrieving and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins. Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards. Remove used plates, glasses, utensils from table after customers are done eating. Clean up water spills, food stains and debris from tables. Take out trash and recycling. Refiling paper napkins, condiments, salt, and pepper shakers. Cleaning cafe dining area at the end of day. Help cashiers with side work. Must be available weekends. The typical shift is 11:00am-4pm
Combined standing and walking position for up to 8 hours per shift. Will get breaks as available. Required to lift up to 50lbs occasionally. Will bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist, and reach above shoulder level on a frequent basis; will use hands for grasping and fine manipulation. Worksite is inside and outside. All sensory skills needed.
Must have extensive knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities and activities. Responsibilities are listed as guidelines and are not limited to these items.
